We fill the positions you have no one to fill.

We rent humanoid robots to manufacturing, logistics and services, from solution design through integration to operation and service. You pay monthly for a filled position, not for a machine.

What we do

We deliver a filled position. The robot is the means to it, not the product.

We select the platform, design the end effector and integrate the humanoid into your operation so that it does a specific job at a specific station. We procure the robot, adapt it, commission it and look after it for as long as it works at your site.

We are not a robot manufacturer and we are not tied to a single supplier. We choose the platform to suit the task and the environment, not what we happen to have in stock.

Why you are dealing with this now

5

employees for one position staffed around the clock

A station staffed around the clock does not take three people, one per shift, but five. The difference is holiday, sickness and training, which someone has to cover.

70.7%

of what an employee costs you is gross wage

The rest is contributions, benefits and overheads. If you calculate the return on automation from gross wage, you are calculating it from less than three quarters of what the position really costs you.

−23.9%

working-age people in the Czech Republic by 2060

The decline has already begun. This is not a forecast you can wait out; it is a trend that weakens your bargaining position on the labour market every year.

330,000

people in the Czech Republic do exactly this work

Machine operators and assembly workers. You compete for the same people with every manufacturer in the area, and the Czech Republic has more of them per thousand inhabitants than any other EU country.

Business model: you pay for a filled position

OPEX instead of CAPEX

You do not approve an investment, depreciate an asset or wait for a return. The cost arises month by month against the work that has been done.

We carry the equipment risk

Faults, wear and the platform becoming obsolete are our concern. Yours remains the operation.

Expansion without further investment

You add another position by changing the fee, not with a new investment proposal. Up to nine humanoids, you do not need another operator either.

Monthly fee for a filled position

  • Humanoid rental
  • Service
  • Replacement robot in the event of a fault
  • Control app

On your side

  • One-off installation fee
  • Control room operator
  • Electricity

How the cooperation works

  1. Solution design

We walk through the operation, map the stations and tasks, and select the platform and the end effector. The result is a solution design with pricing and a list of what we need from you.

    ResultA solution design with pricing

  2. Integration

We procure the robot, program it and integrate it into the line, including communication with safety devices and the technical documentation for the workstation's conformity assessment.

ResultA workstation wired into the line, with the documents for its conformity assessment

  3. Trial run

The humanoid takes up a real position in your line. We tune the task on your floor until the robot holds the cycle time, and we train your operators on the control room.

    What the trial run proves

    • The robot holds the cycle time for a whole shift
    • The operators can run it from the control room
    • The workstation is safely integrated into the line

    Review

We go through the results together. The position goes live once the workstation passes all three points.

  4. Operation

The humanoid takes up the position and you control it from the control room. We supply the control app, you provide the operator and we train them.

ResultA filled position, controlled from your control room

  5. ServiceFor as long as the rental runs

Warranty and post-warranty service, updates and a replacement robot in the event of a fault are included in the monthly fee. The robot remains ours, so its wear is our problem.

Why a humanoid and not a single-purpose machine

A humanoid works in an environment that was built for people. You do not have to rebuild the operation for it, change spacing or rework conveyors. It reaches for the same tools, passes through the same doors and operates the same panel.

It also handles more tasks than one dedicated machine. When production is rearranged, you move it to another station instead of writing off an investment.

Today

The same line diagram with no change to the layout: a humanoid on a mobile base stands in the person's place.

With a humanoid

When it makes sense and when it does not

It makes sense when

  • your line runs at least 18 hours a day, seven days a week
  • you have positions you have been unable to fill with people for a long time
  • you are willing to assign your own control room operator
  • the task can be done in an environment built for people

It does not make sense when

  • it is a highly specialised static operation with a short cycle time
  • the environment is extremely dusty, damp or outdoors without the corresponding platform certification
  • you expect fully autonomous operation without operator supervision

Let us walk through your operation

An hour over your positions and we will tell you straight whether the model works for you or not. If it does not, we save both sides time.
